This one is a bottle cage. The SLB-100R. Side loading.
Side loading means the bottle slides out sideways, not upward.
Useful when your frame doesn’t have enough space to pull a bottle straight up.
Gravel bikes, smaller frames, crowded tube areas. That kind of situation.
One thing worth knowing. The SLB-100R is aluminum.
Not carbon, not plastic. Aluminum bends a little over time, especially with heavier bottles like stainless steel ones.
But here is the thing — you can reshape it by hand. Push it back. It works.
So if you use a heavy stainless bottle and notice it getting a little loose, don’t worry too much. Just adjust it.
I thought that was interesting. A product that you can fix yourself, without tools.
