LiveRoll R500
The headline says “Fantastic Training Aid!?” with a question mark. I thought that was honest. Rollers can be scary at first. But R500 is for all levels. If you never tried a roller before, maybe start here.
It folds in half. Easy to store. Wheelbase is 970mm to 1,090mm. You can also add a MAG resistance unit later if you want more challenge.
AbsorbRoll R820A
This one is 26kg. It does not move. That is the point. Very smooth. Very quiet. The sheet says “No.1.” I have no reason to disagree.
